Before you purchase products from Jzfurniture it’s very important to read the refund and returns policy. It will help you to know whether you are eligible for a return or not. Before returning the product keep in mind that your item must be unused and present in the same condition that you received from us. Moreover, it must be present in its original packaging. Otherwise, you won’t be able to return the product to us.

Sale Items (If applicable)
Before applying for a refund keep in mind that only regular priced items will be refunded. We didn’t offer any refund on the items that you bought on Sale.The price you pay is the price displayed on the product page of this website for your specified size(s) at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Exchanges (If applicable)
Here at JZ Furniture we only offer refund or replacement if you will receive defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange the damaged items for the same item then you can contact us or send us an email. We will surely contact you and replace your items. Replacement we do our best to delivery as soon as possible but it may take up to 2 weeks
Shipping
To return the item keep in mind that you have to pay all your shipping costs by yourself. We didn’t refund any of the shipping costs, as these shipping charges are non-refundable. Keep in mind that the refund amount didn’t include the shipping charges, as we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount, we are refunding to you. So, you are suggested to read out our refund and return policy before sending us complaints about the refund amount. That will help you to avoid any type of conflict or confusion related to the refund amount.
Deposit
we do not take any deposit unless you have a special requirement like you want to customize the size, or color, arrange special delievry or something else.
We do take deposits if someone cancel their orders and makes new orders or makes some changes to their existing order. The deposit will be non-refundable as you will be responsible for making any changes. The deposit will not be refundable if you refuse to take delivery or cancel delivery after getting to your address as we have to pay delivery charges that can be between £50 to £150.
