Delivery Policy

JZ Furniture Ltd delivers to addresses in mainland Great Britain. The delivery options and prices below are the ones applied at checkout. Your exact delivery charge is always calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Delivery options and cost

Standard delivery (most of England) - up to 10 working days. Free on orders of £250 and over. £25 on orders under £250.

Express delivery (most of England) - 3 to 5 working days. £30.

Standard delivery to Scotland and Wales - up to 10 working days. £40. Express delivery is not available to Scotland and Wales.

We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or addresses outside the United Kingdom. If your postcode is not covered, no delivery option will appear at checkout. Please contact us and we will tell you whether we can arrange delivery separately.

How your delivery is arranged

Once your order is placed we will contact you to agree a delivery date that suits you. Our delivery team will telephone you approximately 30 minutes before they arrive, so please make sure the phone number on your order is one we can reach you on during the day.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm on weekdays. Weekend delivery can sometimes be arranged by prior agreement.

Someone aged 18 or over must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods. Please check that the item will fit through your doors, hallways and stairways before you order, and check the product dimensions listed on the product page.

What is included

Delivery is made to the ground floor entrance of your property. Our standard service does not include carrying items upstairs, unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging. Items are delivered flat packed with assembly instructions included.

If you are not there

If nobody is available at the address on the agreed date and we have not been told in advance, we may charge a re-delivery fee of £25 to cover the cost of the second visit. If you need to change your delivery date, please tell us as soon as possible and we will rearrange it free of charge.

Delays

The delivery times above are working days and are the times we aim for in normal circumstances. If an item is out of stock or delayed by our supplier we will contact you as soon as we know and give you a revised date. If a delay is not acceptable to you, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect your goods on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, tell us as soon as you reasonably can so we can put it right at no cost to you. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
