Only the GREEN zone on the map is concerned by FREE DELIVERY, but the items purchased should cost at least £250.

Additional charges (shipping fees) will be applied if you want your item to be shipped in the RED and BLEU zone.

Our order system automatically update the delivery charges before your order is completed at the checkout.

 

Plan your delivery

When an order is complete and our team set the Furniture’s delivery schedule, our main Purpose and focus is to work according to the desire and need of our Clients. Customer’s satisfaction is our first priority, that’s why we often focus on working (planning delivery) around our customer’s schedule.

Our delivery drivers are well trained and they are professionals, they will ultimately inform you about the delivery of your Goods 30 minutes prior to it (you may be at the supermarket, at your neighbour or friend’s house at the time of the call).

At JZ furniture, we know that time is money, that is why we have a lot of respect for your time and we expect you to kindly do the same in return. In that line, we require you to be in your home (delivery location) at the time of delivery.

In many case, it is possible that 30 min is enough time for some buyers to arrive at the delivery location. But, in some case, 30 min is not enough, the buyer may have an unexpected issue, or event. So, if you can’t manage to be at home (delivery location) according to the delivery schedule, then you must give us a call on +44 7412 699977, therefore, we will find ways to solve the problem.

The main benefit of contacting us in time is to avoid additional shipment charge by helping us to rearrange your delivery time and date BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. We thank you for your cooperation and support in understanding all the terms and conditions.

Delivery times

Normal schedule delivery timings range from 08am to 8pm on working days however, in some rare cases, we can offer weekend deliveries. If any such happen, then we will notify you prior the delivery, in order to offer excellent customer services to our valuable customers. The only thing we need from you in these cases is to give us the contact details and relevant information accurately so we can inform you about delivery date by text or phone call. 

We usually deliver within 1 to 10 working days (starting from order date) when the purchased goods are in stock, and we deliver so quickly because our clients satisfaction is our main purpose. But, the Normal delivery process takes place within 4 weeks, of the payment receipt.

Please be advised that some goods delivery can done sooner, and in some rare case be delayed than proposed delivery timeline (up to 10 weeks).

In case of any urgent shipment requirement, you may call us with complete specific order details (full delivery address and your desired delivery date and time). When we receive those details, our team will inform you about your request feasibility (And we often deliver according to the customer requirement).

In the cases where an order of more than one item is placed, all items will be delivered one time (at the same time) once the goods are available in stock. Your kind support and patience will be highly appreciated in these context.

As per our delivery policy, and in order to provide a smooth delivery to our clients, we contact our valuable customers 3 days prior of delivery and inform them about the delivery date and time. If it is not feasible for you, feel free to inform us and we will re-schedule the delivery as per your convenience & availability (within 1-10 working days).

 

On the day of delivery

Once delivery terms, date and time are agreed and set with our shipping partners (Courier Company) and the Customer is not present at delivery point at the time we agreed, we reserve the right to charge the buyer a minimum of £25 additional as failed delivery cost. But it is not always the case, because it depends on Courier Company we have chosen to make the delivery of the purchased goods.

As per our delivery policy, the Goods will be delivered at door steps of the buyer premises at the safest location, at door only and no delivery will be made upstairs of the house (delivery location). We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

According to our delivery policy and regulations all delivery drivers are strictly instructed to not Carry Items Upstairs and it is important that we reiterate that the delivery of all goods will not be made upstairs and will be at door steps of the buyer’s premises at a safe location. But, if such requirement are made from drivers (I case the customer want the driver to Carry Items Upstairs), the customers will be entirely responsible for any damage / risk. All buyers are advised hereby to comply and respect our delivery policies. 

 

Important Note:

Through this page, we used the term “Carry Items Upstairs” so many time, and it important that you understand what we means. The expression “Carry Items Upstairs” refers to apartments which are located beyond (above) ground floor. Our drivers are travelling alone, so they will not be able to take away goods or stuff upstairs. So please do not make any such request to our professional drivers. Similarly, drivers will not assemble or install furniture/items unless we make arranged in than line in advance (It means you are free to request helps from us, and it should be made in advance).

Acceptance of goods

In many online or offline transactions, the buyers is not always the final user (customer) of the purchased goods, that is why it is important that we make some clarifications here.

If the purchaser acts as end user (customer) then the purchaser are liable to accept the goods within 5 days of the good delivery to the purchaser’s location.  Once the goods are accepted, the buyer are no more entitled to turn down (reject) the goods (This will purely become a violation of the mutual contract)
